Public website content is provided for general information about PPS, its services and its operating model. It is not personal medical advice, emergency advice, legal advice or a substitute for assessment by an appropriately qualified professional.
In an emergency, contact the appropriate emergency service. Do not rely on this website to obtain urgent clinical assistance.
PPS takes reasonable care in preparing content but does not guarantee that every public page is complete, current or suitable for a particular purpose at all times.
3. Customer accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating or maintaining an account and must not impersonate another person or create an account without authority.
You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials, using reasonable security practices and promptly notifying PPS if you suspect unauthorised access. You must not share an account where access is licensed or assigned to an individual.
PPS may suspend, restrict or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect the platform, investigate misuse, comply with law, enforce these terms or respond to an account or subscription lifecycle event.
4. Clinical resources and professional content
Clinical resources are designed to support professional practice and organisational capability. They do not replace clinical judgment, local policy, applicable law, employer requirements, medical direction or the need to work within an individual's authorised scope of practice.
Users must assess whether a resource is appropriate to their context and must use the current published version. PPS may review, replace, withdraw or update resources as evidence, standards, services or operational requirements change.
Access to a repository or resource does not grant authority to practise, certify competence, or represent that PPS has endorsed a user's independent clinical decisions.
5. Subscriptions, billing and access
Where subscription purchasing becomes available, the applicable plan, price, billing interval, renewal conditions and cancellation process will be presented before purchase. Do not assume a subscription exists until the transaction is confirmed and the corresponding entitlement is active.
Payments may be processed by Stripe or another approved payment provider. PPS does not require users to provide full payment-card details directly through general enquiries.
Subscription access may begin, change, pause or end according to the confirmed billing state, applicable plan terms, refunds required by law, or a documented account or entitlement decision.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable Australian Consumer Law protections.
6. Training and professional services
Training availability, prerequisites, attendance requirements, assessment conditions, fees and cancellation arrangements will be confirmed through the relevant booking or service agreement.
Where nationally recognised training is delivered through PPS Academy, the partnered Registered Training Organisation retains the responsibilities assigned to it for enrolment, assessment, certification and regulatory compliance.
Website descriptions do not create a booking, guarantee a course date or replace the confirmed terms issued for a specific engagement.
7. Acceptable use
You must not:
- use the website or platform unlawfully, fraudulently or to harm another person;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to accounts, systems, repositories or data;
- interfere with security, availability, logging or normal operation;
- introduce malicious code, automate abusive requests or probe for vulnerabilities without written authority;
- upload or transmit material you do not have authority to provide;
- send patient-identifying or unnecessary sensitive information through general enquiry channels; or
- copy, redistribute, publish or commercialise restricted resources except as expressly permitted.
8. Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, PPS owns or is licensed to use the website design, branding, text, resources, documents and other content made available through its services.
You may view public content for ordinary personal or business evaluation. Subscription and customer resources may be used only within the licence or permission accompanying that access. No ownership right is transferred to you.
Third-party names, marks and materials remain the property of their respective owners.
9. Availability, liability and mandatory rights
PPS may change, maintain, interrupt or withdraw online functions where reasonably required. PPS does not promise uninterrupted or error-free access.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PPS is not responsible for loss caused by unauthorised use, user-supplied errors, failure to follow current professional or organisational requirements, third-party systems outside PPS control, or use of content outside its intended context.
Any exclusion or limitation in these terms operates only to the extent permitted by law. These terms do not exclude, restrict or modify a statutory guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.

The website may link to or depend on third-party services. PPS is not responsible for third-party content, availability, security or contractual terms. Your use of those services may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies.
11. Changes to these terms
