Participants complete the required online learning before attending the practical day. Face-to-face training focuses on assessment, CPR, first aid response and realistic scenarios so the course can be applied in workplaces, community settings and everyday emergencies.

HLTAID011 includes practical CPR assessment. Participants should wear comfortable clothing suitable for kneeling and practical activity and contact PPS Academy before the course if a physical limitation may affect assessment participation.

The course is delivered at the Mid West Chamber of Commerce & Industry Boardroom on Foreshore Drive, providing a central Geraldton location for individuals and local workplaces.
